I enclose for your information a copy
of a letter which Paskin has received from Grantham from which you will see that he suggests that the proposed poonomic and Social survey of the New Territoriam should be discussed here with Nicoll and yourself.
Nicoll is at present in Edinburgh, but I understand that he is coming down to London for a few days about the 3rd April. If you are likely to be in London about that time perhaps you could let me know and I will then try and arrange a meeting with Surridge and Nicoll to discuss this proposal.
Fo think it would be advisable to have some preliminary discussions with you both before bringing in Frofessor Firth as, at present, we have not sufficient information about the details of the proposed survey.
J. BARROW, ESQ.
Yours sincerely,
(Sgh) 7. P. Hall.
